About Chartwell Direct
Chartwell Direct is a discount execution-only (i.e. no advice given) broking service with about 30,000 active clients.
Last year we launched The Investor Centre, (a subsidiary of Chartwell Direct) which enables registered clients to view their Cofunds investments and buy and switch ISAs, PEPs via our online dealing service and other mutual funds online. We’re committed to providing completely independent financial services. We represent our clients, not product providers. Our independence means that we have access to the whole of the market, which ensures that we deliver the best services for our clients.
We operate a supporting telephone service, 0900–1700 Monday to Friday. Clients may use this facility to order application forms, registration packs, free guides and literature. Many clients also find this service invaluable where they have a query regarding a new or existing investment application; and they can discuss the application with one of our dedicated Investor Services team members.
